phpar Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the phpar platform, including its website at phpar.net, mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phpar Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. phpar reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the phpar Platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phpar reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void all bets placed through such accounts, and confiscate any winnings or bonuses obtained.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all transactions, bets, and withdrawals made using your account credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must notify phpar immediately via our customer support channels. phpar will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access if you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

All financial transactions on the phpar Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). phpar supports multiple payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfers via major Philippine banks such as BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Deposits are credited to your phpar account balance immediately upon successful processing by the payment provider. phpar does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals are processed in accordance with phpar's standard procedures. GCash withdrawals are typically completed within five (5) minutes, while bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. phpar reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds.

You may only deposit and withdraw funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. phpar reserves the right to reverse any transactions involving third-party payment methods and to suspend or close accounts engaged in such activity.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed on the Platform and may vary by payment method. phpar reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

phpar may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives to players from time to time. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. When using the phpar Platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Creating multiple accounts or using false identities to circumvent account restrictions or claim bonuses multiple times.
• Colluding with other players, using bots or automated software, or employing any strategy designed to exploit vulnerabilities in the Platform or games.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to credit card fraud, money laundering, or using stolen payment methods.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or phpar staff members through chat functions, email, or any other communication channel.
• Using the Platform while located outside the Philippines or attempting to mask your location using VPNs, proxy servers, or similar technologies.

Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended or terminated, and all funds, winnings, and bonuses will be forfeited. phpar reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

All content on the phpar Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game interfaces, and audiovisual materials, is the property of phpar or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the express written permission of phpar.

The phpar name, logo, and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of phpar. Unauthorized use of phpar trademarks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, phpar shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities.

phpar does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons.

In no event shall phpar's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms exceed the total amount you have deposited into your phpar account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

phpar reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if your account poses a risk to the integrity or security of the Platform.

Upon termination, you will forfeit all bonuses, promotional credits, and any winnings derived from breaches of these Terms. phpar will return any remaining balance of legitimately deposited funds, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to phpar.

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements or verification procedures.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the phpar Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting phpar customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.

phpar operates under the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and applicable PAGCOR regulations, the PAGCOR regulations shall prevail.
